Honey and musk aromas excite the expectations, followed by a velvety smooth ripe stone fruit and cumquat marmalade palate. Our late harvest viognier is handpicked and whole bunch pressed at a baume of 18. It's fermented for 20 months with gentle development on lees in a cold Adelaide Hills cellar. Perfect with soft cheese and dried fruits.
