Thank you for visiting Lansdowne Wines. Following are Lansdowne’s terms and conditions of sale. By making a purchase at lansdownevineyard.com.au you agree to the terms and conditions of sale outlined below; Lansdowne Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 to place an order, or to receive a delivery.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine, and this service is only available for delivery in Australia. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Deliveries will not be left unattended and cannot be signed for by a minor.
Lansdowne Wines's delivery partner is Startrack Couriers for interstate and Adelaide Parcel Delivery (APD) for all South Australian metro deliveries. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an "Article Awaiting" card will be left.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch your order the next business day. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery, but work hard to get it to you as soon as we can.
We deliver to the address you specify in the delivery instructions and deliver your order within 3-7 business days from the purchase date.
Our prices are subject to variation – the price payable for the goods is the price applicable on the date when we confirm your order. The quoted price does not include the delivery and handling fee (if applicable) in respect of each order. The total amount payable is the price for each of the goods, together with the applicable delivery and handling fee.
Stripe provides you with software and a service to process your online credit and debit card payments; Stripe will respect and protect your privacy, data and any personal information collected by Stripe in the course of providing this service.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We may add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Contract. We will notify you of any substantial changes to these terms and conditions. Your use of our service after notice will constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Lansdowne Wines or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
Lansdowne Wines keeps the information you have provided confidential. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on or sell any of your personal details with anyone. We use your details provided to process your order(s), provide you with customer service and to provide you with our newsletter. Direct marketing by Lansdowne Wines can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at email@example.com
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If your delivery is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory in any way please email us with the details within 2 days. If you receive a delivery with any breakages we will organise for the broken bottle(s) to be replaced at no additional charge. We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are incorrect. Any products that are returned must be unopened. Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
